KIND Pop Your Bubble Case Study

Edelman and the KIND foundation worked together to build a piece of software that would allow users to add a broad range of people (and, ideally, viewpoints) to their Facebook feeds, making them 'pop' the social media our research indicated that they lived in.

Users would enter their Facebook credentials and be returned with a set of Facebook users whose situations differed from their own--whether it was location, political viewpoint, gender; a mix. They'd be encouraged to follow (not friend: there was a level of remove, here) these users, at least ten of them but
